Actor Ezra Miller, who stars in the upcoming DC film "The Flash," was arrested Tuesday on the island of Hawaii for the second time this year.

, Miller, who previously appeared as The Flash in multiple DC superhero films, was arrested in Hilo, Hawaii, and charged with disorderly conduct and harassment after an incident at a bar, according to police. "During the course of their investigation, police determined that the individual, later identified as Ezra Miller, became irate after being asked to leave and reportedly threw a chair, striking a 26-year-old female on the forehead, resulting in an approximate half-inch cut," according to a news release. Miller, 29, was arrested for second-degree assault around 1:30 a.m. on Tuesday following an incident at a private residence in the district of Puna, near the town of Pāhoa, according to the Hawaii Police Department.

When reached Tuesday, Warner Bros. declined comment on the latest Miller arrest. Shortly after midnight on Monday, March 28, 2022, a 29-year-old man visiting from Vermont was arrested and charged for disorderly conduct and harassment after an incident at a bar in Hilo. According to police, Miller, who is 29, “became agitated while patrons at the bar began singing karaoke.” Miller then reportedly “began yelling obscenities and at one point grabbed the microphone from a 23-year-old woman singing karaoke…and later lunged at a 32-year-old man playing darts.”

A judge dismissed the case last week after an attorney for the couple requested it. Big Island attorney Francis Alcain had requested Tuesday's court hearing, previously scheduled for next week, be moved up. The day after Miller was released on $500 bail for the karaoke bar arrest, a Big Island couple filed a petition for a temporary restraining order, claiming the actor burst into their bedroom and threatened them. Miller received a traffic citation after police were called to a dispute in downtown Hilo last month where Miller was uncooperative, refused to leave the area and obstructed a sidewalk, Quiocho said. Miller was also charged with harassment after police said the actor grabbed a mic from a singing woman and lunged at a man playing darts. Miller became irate after being asked to leave a get-together at a home on Hawaii's main island, known as the Big Island, and threw a chair, hitting a woman in the forehead, according to a news release from the Hawaii Police Department.
