The Dunkirk Boardwalk and Pier received some spring cleaning Monday, courtesy of the Revitalize Dunkirk group. Workers cleared a winter's worth of debris.
There was also weeding, pruning and mulching in the mix. Some of their equipment was provided by Revitalize Dunkirk, and some of it they brought themselves. They bagged up trash, mostly leaves, and raked out gardens to get them ready for springtime sprouting.
