“Gorden Tallis, I think that started my hatred for Queensland, Gorden Tallis, anyone that pulled on that Maroon jersey was a flog,” Hindmarsh said. “When you played who was the Queensland player that was easy to hate?” Pitt asked... “Look we don’t need fisty-cuffs, but look at the Queensland coaching staff, honestly,” Hindmarsh said.

“Welcome to the NRL. The more you develop, the happier the other clubs are. “They’ve taken two of his best players off him,” Bennett said. 'Have I heard a complaint there?': Bennett hits back at Cleary in war of words over Dolphins raids.

And they need opportunities. “There’s a reason they are the best clubs, because they have the best players. “All of us have to remember we get our players from somewhere, and why wouldn’t you take them from the best clubs you possibly can if you can do that?” Bennett said to the Sydney Morning Herald.
