Exorbitant ticket prices for Bruce Springsteen and Pearl Jam are thanks to the company's use of dynamic pricing for their “Official Platinum Seats.”

A shared concern is preventing the resale of tickets at inflated prices. The band wanted to maintain affordable prices for their fans, who at that point were primarily in their late teens and early twenties.
