A graveside funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, December 30, 2022, in the Tatem Family Cemetery, Gibbs Woods, Knotts Island. She met her husband-to-be, Sidney Ray Tatem, while working for the FBI and moved to Norfolk, VA to raise four children. She is survived by her children, Sidney Tatem and partner Mary Duncan, Stewart Tatem, Ann Bernadette Tillet and husband Kenny, and Mary McCoy and partner Frank Goley. Also, surviving are eight grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. Born in Curwensville, PA, Cleo was valedictorian of her high school class. A devout Catholic, Cleo was a fixture at Holy Trinity By The Sea Catholic Chapel and her faith was a very important part of her life.
