Cocaine Bear Director Interested in Cocaine Shark Follow-Up (Comicbook.com)

Cocaine Bear opens in theaters later this month, but it may not be too soon to be talking about a cinematic universe of drug-fueled animals.

And I just thought, 'Well, then this movie can be a revenge story for the bear.' And it just gave me a point of view and a purpose for making it. Thornton intended to recover the bag himself, jumping out of the plane with a parachute, but the parachute was faulty, and Thornton died. Thornton II was a former narcotics officer and convicted drug smuggler, who dumped a duffel bag of cocaine out of his plane because his plane was too heavy. "It had a lot of body parts and internal organs in it." Back in 1985, "Cokey the Bear" ingested an extreme amount of cocaine after a drug runner's plane crashed. Director [Elizabeth Banks](/category/elizabeth-banks/) told [PEOPLE](https://people.com/movies/elizabeth-banks-says-shed-be-interested-in-making-cocaine-shark-jaws-with-cocaine/) that she may not be opposed to taking on a story equally as wild as the story of the real-life cocaine bear: that of the cocaine shark.

[February 11, 2023] They have been demanding that the director makes another movie revolving around sharks under the influence of cocaine. The movie was made purposely full of gore to express the fear that the bear emits. Cocaine Bear is also based on true events that took place in 1985. Now the director is thinking about creating an entire universe of animals under the influence of substances, specifically cocaine.

I just reasoned that this movie might be a bear-revenge tale.” The actual takeaway is that we shouldn’t meddle with nature because she will prevail. The drug smuggler known as the pilot did not live as he fell to his own death, leaving a significant quantity of cocaine lying in the open. It was then stuffed and put on display in a Kentucky mall. The subject of the movie Cocaine Bear is Andrew Carter Thornton, a former drug enforcement officer who switched from drug smuggler to drug smuggler. It will be interesting to watch how the events unfold since, thus far, what is known about Cocaine Bear’s narrative is more than enough for viewers to determine whether or not they want to participate in this experience. It’s a good thing that Universal Pictures decided to release the film globally on the same day.

The movie is set to be released in the United States on Friday, Feb. "The question is: What happened to that duffel bag?" "Cocaine Bear" is a 2023 horror-comedy movie directed by Elizabeth Banks. In fact, it is unknown what happened in the lead-up to Eskobear's consumption of the drug. "The bear does not account for the full duffel bag." But you wouldn't be able to suss that out from the movie's trailer. Spoiler alert: In short, a 175-pound black bear died of a cocaine overdose in Georgia after eating several containers of the drug. However, Eskobear had just three to four grams of the drug in his bloodstream. Yes, "Cocaine Bear" is, in fact, based on a true story. The cocaine was apparently dropped from a plane piloted by Andrew Thornton, a convicted drug smuggler who died Sept. Sure, a lot of movies claim that they are, but how real could a story be about a bear devouring a ton of cocaine? The next minute, there's a commercial.
