75-year-old man from Guntur revises Telugu-English dictionary to ... (India Narrative)

Proving age is a number, 75-year-old Sambasiva Rao from Andhra Pradesh has revised a dictionary and also made new ones to help students.

He thus decided to update and digitise the dictionary. He did a course in writing and Unicode in Hyderabad in order to begin his work on updating the dictionary. He has also penned biographies in Telugu and published two books on quotations in English.

The board would continue to do its work, including making additions to the dictionary. "We need dictionaries for different levels of expertise, including for students at the matriculation and intermediate levels," he said.
