It's the last match of what's been a thrilling Premier League game week and we're hoping for plenty of goals and drama to see us out. 63rd min: West Ham just need to soak up the pressure a little as Tottenham are on the front foot. The Brazilian hasn't scored a goal for Spurs since September. Tomorrow we have to organise this, we have to organise the team, what do you think?'. 25th min: Ogbonna absolutely flattens Kane when attempting to win a header but Spurs don't make the most of the resulting free-kick. Then coming closer to the game, the stress of it all, it created some problems. He's only been on the pitch a matter of minutes but Son has his goal! 86th min: A few big tackles flying in now and the Spurs crowd are enjoying every bit. Newcastle have already beaten Spurs this season and you already feel Conte's side can't afford to lose the return leg in April. Nothing really clicked in the first half for Spurs, it was all a bit too slow and no real sense of urgency. If Son and Kulusevski can rediscover the form that once made those two and Kane one of the most feared front-threes in the league, then any realistic challenge for the top four will surely stem from there. Granted, he's been starved of the minutes and starts he'd like but the key today was seeing his link-up play with Kane and Kulusevski not quite click in the final third.
Tottenham will move back into the Premier League's top-four, if they can beat rivals West Ham United in north London on Sunday.
Cherries refuse to spoil (Wolves 0-1 AFC Bournemouth): This was not a great flowing display from Bournemouth but they’ve shown this season that they possess grit, can grind out wins, and have individuals to pop up at key moments to secure victories. Marco Silva’s side registered 0.00 xG on zero shots in the first half, as Brighton had their way everywhere but in front of goal (as they so often do). Fulham finished (Brighton 0-1 Fulham): Fulham were out-shot 21-5 (seven on target), out-xG’d 2.20-0.31 and out-possessed 65-35, and not one bit of it mattered. On the flip side, Thomas Frank accounted for two of the celebratory limbs as Brentford extended their unbeaten run to 11 PL games (5W-6D) amid an unlikely European push. Nick Pope loses plot but Liverpool still needs help from Alisson (Newcastle 0-2 Liverpool): This may sounds like a silly takeaway from a 2-0 away win for a Liverpool team craving positive praise, but the Reds shouldn’t feel back to their best after looking anything but comfortable up a man and two goals for more than an hour. Man City grounded at the City Ground (Nottingham Forest 1-1 Man City): A let down looked possible if not likely for Man City following their huge midweek defeat of Arsenal, but Bernardo Silva’s goal seemed to send forth better vibes that the side’s return to the top of the table would be accompanied by title-winning performances. Gunners snap out of skid (late), aren’t going away (Villa 2-4 Arsenal): Arsenal looked like they would cough up points in this game but they never stopped believing and found a way to win it. Fantastic Five hold keys to Man Utd’s glory chase (Man Utd 3-0 Leicester): They are still going for four trophies this season and Manchester United’s unlikely bid to win all four is fueled by the excellent form of David De Gea in goal, Lisandro Martinez in defense, Casemiro in midfield, and Marcus Rashford and Bruno Fernandes combining in attack. The Dyche difference (Everton 1-0 Leeds): Leeds came to Goodison Park ready to fight, literally and figuratively, but that wasn’t a problem for the previously moribund Toffees. If the Chelsea owners are truly going to stick with Potter for the long run, they are now very close to the stage where they will have to write this season off. Okay, he wasn’t singing but when asked about Chelsea’s fans calling for him to be fired following their defeat to Southampton (they have now won just two of their last 14 Premier League games) here was his response: “I am sure there will be people out there who think that I’m the problem. The Hammers have a bit of momentum amid a three-game unbeaten run (victory over Everton, followed by back-to-back draws with Newcastle and Chelsea), though they are winless in their last four trips to north London (0W-1D-3L).

Report and free match highlights as Tottenham ease to 2-0 home win over West Ham; second-half goals from Emerson Royal and Heung-Min Son move Spurs above ...
Antonio is good, he's fine, and he can be involved in the game." At the moment he is not 100 per cent so we have to manage him." Spurs assistant Cristian Stellini said: "It was really difficult in the first half because it was a game that we needed players that fight a lot. West Ham are next in action at home to Nottingham Forest on Saturday; kick-off 3pm. I think they made the wrong decision, I didn't understand." We stand with Sonny and once again call on the social media companies and authorities to take action." Sonny has a goal, so we are happy for him. "We had a bit of control but we played it square and back which let Tottenham come on. With space Sonny is really an amazing player, and we tried to use him in this way, and it was a good idea. You can imagine what the colour of mine will be." "We keep going. At this level, we can't afford it."
Second-half goals from Emerson Royal and Son Heung-min broke West Ham's resistance and sent Tottenham into the top four.
The former looks a little rusty coming off a long-term injury, but it’s been bright. Kane is through, a good sight of goal, angling in from the Tottenham right. The West Ham defence is all over the shop as a result of Højbjerg’s sumptuous pass. He takes one touch to control, then a second to lay the ball off to Royal, who is lurking on the edge of the area in a central position … The Sweden international looks for Kane at the far post but the cross is too high. It’s all created by a perfectly weighted pass by Højbjerg from the centre of midfield, straight ahead, that splits the West Ham defence. but it’s down to us ultimately to go on the pitch, put on a performance, try and create chances, try and score goals, try and be a threat … Will we see a couple of Ings, Lanzini, Scamacca and/or Benrahma off the bench? The ball falls kindly for Kane, who has Son making a run on his left. He falls over but the ball finds its way to Davies, who thrashes a shot into the side netting from an ambitious angle. 90 min + 3: The referee, Michael Oliver, has a bit of sorting out to do. It’s a game we knew, with the results that came around yesterday, that we had to try and get something out of, and we haven’t, and we’re gutted in there.
Here are our Tottenham Hotspur player ratings after their 2-0 win against West Ham United in the Premier League on Sunday.
Was a real livewire in his 20 minutes or so from the bench with a driving run or two through the centre. Took a little while to get used to the wing-back role but when he did he made a great run down the left to get on to Hojbjerg's ball and then grabbed an assist with a perfectly-weighted pass to Emerson. The experienced man alongside Skipp and he played a sublime defence-splitting pass to put Davies through for Emerson's goal. A bright start for the 22-year-old but he did pick up a yellow card just eight minutes in for a late tackle on Antonio. A constant busy presence down the right and he got his reward when he sprinted through the centre to fire home from Davies' pass on 56 minutes. Took a big whack to the head towards the end of the first half but improved as the game wore on.
