Ronaldo goes to ground and throws his hands up in the air looking to win a foul, or maybe a penalty (it was right on the edge of the 18-yard box) but the referee waves away his protests. AL NASSR!] Cristiano Ronaldo steps up to take the penalty, and smashes it into the back of the net! Replays show that Al Amri is clearly fouled, and the referee is referred TO A VAR REVIEW! Eugenio has to score here, in a fabulous position with space just outside the six-yard box, but he simply takes too long to get the ball off his feet, and his shot is blocked after the defense recovers.
