Cadet Class Graduates: Louisiana State Police Welcomes 33 New Troopers

Louisiana State Police recently celebrated the graduation of its 103rd Cadet Class, welcoming 33 new troopers to the force. The cadets underwent rigorous training in various subjects, including crash investigations and emergency vehicle operations, preparing them for real-life law enforcement challenges. It was a proud moment for the state as these dedicated individuals completed their journey to become troopers.

In a separate event, Cadet Warrant Officer Akara Reeves, representing Estevan, attended a leadership and development workshop alongside cadets from Saskatchewan and Manitoba. The workshop aimed to enhance their skills and leadership qualities, fostering camaraderie among cadets from different regions.

Furthermore, ten individuals were recognized by His Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant of Dyfed, including Sea Cadet Corps members Colin Sharp and Hilary Anderson. Sub Lieutenant Lucy Killick RNR of Llanelli Sea Cadet Corps was also honored for her service.

The Louisiana State Police cadet class continues to grow stronger, with 33 new troopers ready to serve and protect their communities.
